Civil Law and Entrepreneurship

This collection explores one of the fundamental issues of modern legal science—the relationship between civil law and entrepreneurial law. The book is based on materials from the international scientific and practical conference of the same name.

The collection includes scientific reports and presentations from the conference by leading scholars from Germany, Russia, Georgia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Moldova, and Kazakhstan, as well as practicing lawyers, representatives of law enforcement agencies, postgraduate students, and researchers.

This edition was published with the financial support of the GIZ Program “Promotion of Legal Statehood in Central Asian Countries.” The “Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH” (German Society for International Cooperation) implements this program on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ).
