Volume III of the textbook covers obligations arising from unilateral transactions and other non-contractual obligations (including tort liability and unjust enrichment), as well as intellectual property law, inheritance law, and private international law.
The textbook is based on the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Special Part) and other regulatory legal acts as of September 1, 2004. In addition to analyzing current legislation, it includes judicial practice materials and, where necessary, theoretical perspectives on key issues of civil law.
The textbook was prepared by the staff of the Scientific Research Institute of Private Law at the Kazakh Humanities and Law University, including the developers of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other legislative acts in the field of civil law.
