Objects of Civil Rights

This collection explores one of the key yet insufficiently studied issues in civil law—the objects of civil rights. It includes reports and presentations from the international scientific and practical conference of the same name, featuring leading scholars in this field from Russia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Germany, and Kazakhstan, as well as practicing lawyers, representatives of Kazakhstan’s law enforcement and judicial authorities, postgraduate students, and researchers.

Special attention is given to land, enterprises, securities, energy, intellectual property, information, and other objects, which present significant challenges in legislative and law enforcement practices.

This edition is intended for researchers, postgraduate students, law faculty members, students, judiciary professionals, prosecutors, advocates, practicing lawyers, and others studying and applying civil legislation.
