This collection explores the issues of history, theory, and practice in the science of civil law. The book is based on materials from the international scientific and practical conference of the same name, organized by the Scientific Research Institute of Private Law at Caspian Public University, the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), ZANGER Law Firm, and the Kazakhstan International Arbitration as part of the annual civil law readings.
The collection includes scientific reports and presentations from the conference by leading scholars from Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Latvia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan, as well as practicing lawyers, representatives of law enforcement and judicial authorities, postgraduate students, and researchers.
