Civil Law. Volume 2. Property Law. Obligations Law

Volume 2 of the textbook presents the general provisions on property and obligations law. The textbook is written in accordance with the academic curriculum, based on the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory legal acts as of December 31, 2012. In addition to analyzing current legislation, the textbook incorporates judicial practice materials and theoretical perspectives on key issues of civil law.

The textbook was prepared by the staff of the Scientific Research Institute of Private Law at Caspian Public University, many of whom contributed to the development of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

It is intended for students, master’s degree candidates, and lecturers of law faculties, as well as for practitioners in the judiciary, prosecution, advocacy, notarial services, legal professionals, and others studying and applying civil law.
